This training program is designed to provide free training to medical providers who need to better understand rules and regulations regarding the disposal of medical waste. You can open up the course materials and the take the quiz. All the information you will need for the quizzes will be in the materials. All scores are recorded in our system. If you would like documentation please feel free to contact us. Once you have completed the quizzes, please print them off, sign and date it, and turn them into our office.

In the additional training, read the material and then print out the acknowledgment form, sign it and date it, then bring it to the office.
